Trissie Osborn

As a member of the pastoral care team of Highland Park United Methodist Church, Trissie leads Journey Ministry, a one-day-a-week volunteer-based dementia relief program serving Dallas adults living with Alzheimer’s or other dementias and their caregivers. Since its inception in 2019, Journey has become a lifeline for families as they navigate life following a diagnosis. Trissie will bring this experience along with her empathy, kindness, and passion into her new role at Journey Together.

Prior to Journey Ministry, Trissie served with the Church’s College Ministry, Outreach Ministry, and Pastoral Care over a period of 17 years. While she grew up in Clarksdale in the heart of the Mississippi Delta, Trissie and her husband, Phil, have been members of Highland Park United Methodist Church since 1983 and raised their three sons in Lake Highlands. Trissie attended the University of Mississippi.
