Journey Together Dallas is looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team and help keep our programs running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet members and families
- Coordinate scheduling, communications, and office organization
- Assist with member enrollment and family communications
- Support fundraising and event coordination efforts
- Maintain records and assist with reporting
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with office software and basic technology
- Compassionate, professional demeanor
- Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) certification or willingness to obtain
