About the Role

Lead our caregiver support programming, providing relief, education, and connection for the families and caregivers of those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate caregiver support groups and educational sessions
• Connect families with resources and community services
• Coordinate respite and caregiver relief offerings

Qualifications

• CDSGF certification or willingness to obtain
• Background in social work, counseling, or caregiver support

All Journey Together staff are Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) and licensed Savvy Caregivers, or are willing to obtain certification.
