Health Services Director, RN

About the Role

Journey Together Dallas is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead health services across our day program, overseeing the safety and wellbeing of members living with Alzheimer’s and other dementias.

Responsibilities

• Oversee member health monitoring, medication management, and care plans
• Partner with families, physicians, and program staff on individualized care
• Establish and maintain health and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Texas
• Experience in geriatric, memory, or dementia care preferred

All Journey Together staff are Certified Dementia Practitioners (CDP) and licensed Savvy Caregivers, or are willing to obtain certification.
